Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/companies.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a robust candidate network.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of recruitment processes.
Minimum 1-2year experience
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
