Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day solar site activities and manpower.
Coordinate civil, electrical, installation and structural work.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project requirements.
Monitor manpower, materials, tools and equipment at site.
Maintain daily work progress and site reports.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers and Project Manager.
Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of assigned work.
Identify and report site issues and support timely resolution.
Monitor housekeeping and safety practices at the project site.
Assist in testing, commissioning and project handover activities.

Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably Solar EPC.
Knowledge of ground-mounted solar installation and construction activities.
Positive manpower coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work at multiple project locations.
Willingness to travel across Rajasthan.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,402.31 per month
