OutMazed Tourism is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our daily B2B travel operations in Mumbai, India.

Experience: 3–5 years in a B2B travel company

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the daily operations team, maintaining accuracy and service quality.
Oversee bookings, confirmations, amendments, cancellations and supplier follow-ups.
Monitor pending bookings, resolve escalations and coordinate with hotels, DMCs and other travel partners.
Monitor team performance, response times and adherence to operational SOPs.
Work with Sales, Contracting, Finance and Technology teams to resolve operational issues.
Use online travel platforms, supplier systems and API-connected booking workflows.
Identify recurring operational issues and support process improvements.





Candidate Requirements
Relevant experience of 3–5 years in a B2B travel company.
Proven experience handling online travel systems and API-driven operations is mandatory.
Robust understanding of travel technology platforms, booking workflows and supplier integrations.
Team management and supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and escalation-management skills.
Robust attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
