Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Assistant with 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, video editing, graphic designing, SEO, and online advertising. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging digital content and supporting the company's overall social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Create and schedule engaging social media posts, reels, stories, videos, and other digital content.
Plan and execute social media content calendars.
Create creative graphics, promotional creatives, banners, and marketing materials.
Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and other digital content.
Handle SEO (Search Engine Optimization) activities to improve online visibility and website reach.
Assist in planning and managing online advertising / paid campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
Monitor social media performance, engagement,



reach, and campaign results.
Coordinate with the internal team to understand products, projects, and marketing requirements.
1–2 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Solid skills in Video Editing and Graphic Designing.
Basic to valuable knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
Experience in online advertising / paid social media campaigns.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Canva
CapCut
Adobe Premiere Pro
Other video/photo editing tools
Social media management and analytics tools
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / Google Ads will be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
