Required skills and qualifications
5+ years of experience in HR & Operations
Experience in healthcare- hospitals, cosmetology,clinics will be an added advantage.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
Robust problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Solid knowledge inMS Office.
MBA in HR or MarketingResponsibilities
Overall coordination of the entire activities and operations of the clinic
Staff coordination.To ensure all staff members are following company protocols strictly(timing,uniform,code of conduct etc)
Talent acquisition
Timely coordination with maintenance teams for the clinic as and when required
Supervise CRE required randomly to check the quality of calls made CREs as well.
Client satisfaction is to be kneely observed and follow up on the same is to be done
Every 15 days target achievable should be reviewed and checked and report to top management.
Daily meetings to be held with staff members
Assist in Payroll processing

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
