Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – Ad Sales qualified to drive advertising revenue across the Barmer market. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with advertising agencies, corporate clients, and key decision-makers, while identifying new business opportunities and driving high-value advertising deals.

Key Responsibilities
Drive print advertising revenue across Barmer.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, advertising agencies, and corporate clients.
Identify recent business prospects and expand the client base across Barmer.
Build strategic partnerships with local and regional advertisers and agencies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets.
Lead negotiations and close high-value advertising deals.
Develop customized advertising solutions based on client requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and emerging advertising opportunities in the region.
Ensure strong client servicing and long-term business relationships.
Coordinate with internal editorial, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Prepare regular sales forecasts,MIS, and revenue reports for management.

Candidate Profile
4–8 years of experience in Media Ad Sales / Corporate Sales.
Strong experience in Print Media Sales is highly desirable.
Excellent understanding of the Barmer advertising market.
Strong existing relationships with local advertising agencies and corporate clients.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing high-value deals.
Strong negotiation, presentation,communication, and relationship-management skills.
Good understanding of media planning, advertising budgets, and client requirements.
Radio/other media sales experience will be an added advantage.
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and develop current revenue opportunities.
