Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and capable Sr. Manager- Finance & Accounts to manage and oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the accounts & finance team
Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
Manage Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, and other banking facilities.
Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, Tally/ERP, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and vendor/customer balances.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and other external stakeholders.




Ensure proper maintenance and verification of books of accounts and financial records.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Lead and supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
Positive understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in construction industry, preferably with experience in handling banking activities, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and team management.

Pay: From ₹65,000.00 per month
