About Spinalogy Clinic
Spinalogy is a super-specialty centre focused on the non-surgical management of neck, back and joint pains.

Position: Clinic Administrator

Location: Aundh, Pune
Experience: 1–3 years in healthcare/clinic/hospital administration preferred
Qualification: Graduate / Healthcare Management qualification preferred

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning
Coordinate OPD appointments, patient flow and doctor schedules
Supervise front-desk and support staff
Monitor patient registration, billing and documentation
Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, pharmacy and other departments
Ensure adherence to clinic SOPs and quality standards
Handle patient queries and resolve operational issues professionally
Monitor inventory, consumables and administrative requirements
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers
Maintain daily operational reports and track key clinic metrics




Support implementation and effective use of clinic management software
Ensure cleanliness, discipline and overall patient experience
Assist management with administrative planning and process improvement

Leadership and team-management skills
Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
Good knowledge of MS Office
Experience with hospital or clinic management software is an advantage
Patient-centric approach with professional conduct
Ability to take ownership and solve problems independently
