Position: Sales Manager / Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities
Generate life insurance business through direct customer acquisition.
Handle leads generated through digital campaigns, website enquiries, telecalling, references and other company-provided sources.
Contact prospective customers, understand their financial and protection needs, and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Conduct customer meetings and explain policy perks, coverage, premium, terms and conditions.
Convert qualified leads into successful policy sales.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
Maintain a solid sales pipeline and conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Coordinate with underwriting, operations and customer service teams for smooth policy issuance.
Ensure timely completion of proposal forms, KYC, medicals and other required documentation.
Drive renewal collections, persistency and customer retention through regular customer follow-up.
