Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of the company.

Direct and oversee the complete recruitment process, which encompasses sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

Act as the main point of contact for all employee inquiries and issues. Facilitate conflict resolution, conduct investigations, and address employee relations matters to ensure a harmonious work workplace.

Supervise the performance appraisal system, offering guidance and coaching to both managers and employees to promote high performance and career advancement.

Oversee and manage the company's compensation framework and perks programs, ensuring they remain competitive and adhere to labor regulations.

Create, implement, and uphold HR policies and procedures. Ensure the organization complies with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.





Assess organizational training requirements and design or coordinate programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall career development.

Execute initiatives and programs aimed at increasing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Oversee critical administrative functions, including payroll support, maintaining HR information systems (HRIS), and managing employee termination processes.

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
