We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplaces, D2C operations, product listings, inventory management, order processing, and sales performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces and the company website.
Manage seller accounts on platforms such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and Shopify.
Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, sizes, and product attributes.
Monitor product visibility, sales, traffic, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance.
Manage inventory, stock availability, SKU-level data, and stock replenishment.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order processing, dispatches, returns, and exchanges.
Monitor and resolve marketplace issues related to listings, pricing, inventory, orders, and account health.
Plan and execute marketplace promotions, offers, discounts, and sale campaigns.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce sales and performance reports.
Analyze sales and marketplace data to identify prospects for improving revenue and product performance.




Coordinate with the Marketing, Content, Design, and Operations teams for product launches and campaigns.
Monitor competitor pricing, products, offers, and marketplace activity.
Ensure accurate product information and timely updates across all online channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce operations.
Experience with marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, or similar platforms.
Experience with D2C/e-commerce websites and Shopify will be an advantage.
Robust knowledge of product catalog management, inventory, pricing, orders, returns, and promotions.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and e-commerce reporting.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks independently.
Experience in fashion, apparel, textile, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who understands e-commerce beyond basic listing management and can actively contribute to online sales growth, marketplace performance, and D2C brand growth.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
