Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within our facility/projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all electrical work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and electrical technicians.
Plan, schedule, and assign tasks ensuring timely project completion.
Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment for safety and efficiency.
Ensure all electrical installations comply with industry standards, safety codes, and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues on-site.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repair work.
Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety procedures.
Order and manage inventory for electrical supplies and equipment.
Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.





Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Certifications: Licensed Electrician or equivalent certification (if required by location).

Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using electrical tools, equipment, and testing instruments.
Solid organizational and time management skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
