Job Summary

TVS Electronics Limited is looking for a Customer Care Officer to handle customer queries, service requests, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, emails, and service-related queries.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate support.
Coordinate with service and internal teams for issue resolution.
Follow up on pending service requests and customer complaints.
Maintain customer details and update records regularly.
Track service requests and ensure timely closure.
Escalate unresolved customer issues to the concerned team.
Communicate service status and updates to customers.
Maintain daily reports related to customer calls, complaints, and service requests.
Ensure good customer experience through qualified and timely communication.
Support other customer service and coordination activities as required.





Candidate Profile
Any Graduate / Diploma.
Freshers can apply.
0–2 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Front Office, or Coordination roles is preferred.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and email communication.
Good customer-handling and coordination skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
Candidates should be willing to work from the Nungambakkam, Chennai location.
