Lead and supervise civil finishing works at site, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Manage finishes including flooring, tiling, false ceilings, painting, waterproofing, wall finishes, doors, and other architectural works.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and MEP teams for smooth execution and interface management.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and work schedules related to finishing works.
Monitor manpower, material requirements, productivity, and daily/weekly progress.
Ensure quality of finishing works through regular inspections and adherence to approved standards.
Identify and resolve site issues, technical queries, and coordination challenges in a timely manner.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspection, snagging, rectification, and closure of observations.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project specifications at site.
Maintain progress reports, inspection records, and relevant project documentation.
Coordinate with project management and other disciplines to achieve planned milestones and timely handover.
