Build and maintain financial models for operating and development properties.
Create real estate investment models from scratch using advanced Excel.
Analyse property valuations using DCF, IRR, NPV and other financial metrics.
Perform scenario, sensitivity and return analysis for real estate investments.
Collect, clean and analyse market, property and financial data from various sources.
Prepare and maintain Excel templates, databases and analytical reports.
Work with global teams and stakeholders across different offices.
Support commercial real estate transactions, projects and current business prospects.
Review models and data to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality.
Prepare presentations and deliver insights while meeting tight deadlines.
