Role & responsibilities -

The position would be responsible for managing, coordinating and monitoring the in office activities for the projects. This would entail maintaining a close-watch at the project / product design and construction activity by effective coordination with project Management Consultants. Also responsible for protected-guarding the quality and branding interests of Godrej Properties Ltd.

Role Specifications:

• Monitor the project execution primarily with respect to progress and budget

• Active support to project manager in terms of preparation of monthly reports on project progress and budget, project monitoring, material requirements etc.

• Identify and share issues if any, with respect to project progress, cost, quality etc





• Follow up with the project management consultant on quality and schedule of materials and provide updates to the project manager

• Monitor the project execution primarily with respect to progress and budget

• Prepare monthly report on budget and progress of the project and share the same with region project management head • Identify and share any issues or bottlenecks with respect to the budget and progress of the project

• Monitor quality of work by conducting visual inspections on a regular basis and obtaining reports from quality control engineer

Preferred candidate profile -

Experience- 8 to 14 years

Education- BE / B.Tech- Civil
