Store Manager – Premium Retail
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a premium customer experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve store sales and business targets.
Drive strategies to increase store footfall, customer engagement, and overall profitability.
Manage the hiring, training, onboarding, and performance of store team members.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and concerns with a skilled and solution-focused approach.
Ensure the store maintains brand, health, safety, and operational standards at all times.
Plan and execute promotional activities, visual merchandising, and in-store displays.
Analyse sales and customer trends and prepare regular business and performance reports.
Manage store administration, including budgets, expenses,



and financial records.
Monitor inventory, maintain optimum stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a relevant field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a Store Manager or similar leadership role.
Robust leadership, sales, and customer management skills.
Customer-focused with a positive understanding of retail operations and business management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
