Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Provisional Distribution Manager to recruit, manage and lead a team. The candidate will be responsible for team development, recruitment, coordination and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new team members.
Build, manage and lead a team.
Train, guide and motivate team members.
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance.
Coordinate day-to-day team activities.
Achieve recruitment and team performance targets.
Develop and maintain the distribution network.
Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team.

Requirements:




0–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, insurance, BFSI, distribution or team handling.
Freshers with positive communication and leadership potential may also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team.
Self-motivated.
Willingness to work from the office.
