Designation: Customer Support & Sales

Role & responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients through online search
Outbound Cold Calls to gather accurate data
Convert incoming order request Via calls and emails
Assist customers in navigating our products/services, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to their problems.
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a skilled and empathetic manner, aiming for first-contact conversion.

Preferred candidate profile
Must be ok with US shift hours
Experience in Sales process Outbound Calling
Excellent spoken & writing communication
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
