Role Overview

We are looking for BHMS, BAMS, and BDS graduates to join our Medical Underwriting team. The selected candidates will interact with customers over the phone, collect and verify relevant medical information, and support the underwriting process for customers who have purchased insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic medical interviews with customers who have purchased insurance policies.
Collect information regarding the customer's medical history, existing illnesses, medications, treatments, surgeries, and other relevant health details.
Review customer-provided medical information and documents as per underwriting guidelines.
Identify relevant medical risk factors and ensure accurate documentation.




Maintain proper records of tele-medical interactions and customer declarations.
Coordinate with internal underwriting/operations teams whenever additional medical information is required.
Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, compliance requirements, and data-privacy guidelines.
Ensure skilled and empathetic communication with customers.

Eligibility
BHMS / BAMS / BDS degree from a recognized institution.
Freshers are welcome.
Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Willing to work from office.
Candidates should have a valid degree/internship completion as applicable.
