Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment across various departments
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references & other channels
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with HODs and management
• Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups & joining coordination
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Experience in the Automobile/EV/Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
