We are hiring a detail-oriented Executive to manage Service Sales Operations and AMC renewal process. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth backend operations and supporting the sales team in achieving its targets.

Role & responsibilities
Manage complete AMC renewal database, prepare renewal calendar & quotations.
Regular customer follow-ups for conversion. Support the sales team in enquiry handling, quotation and order processing.
Maintain accurate records of all enquiries, quotations, orders and customer communications in CRM. Ensure timely updating of Sales CRM.
Track open prospects, pending actions and ageing cases. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards and reports for sales reviews.
Handle ISO documentation, audit requirements and ensure all procedures and records are updated in the system.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in AMC Sales Coordination / Service Operations.
Experience in Electrical Equipment, Drives, Motors, Automation or similar industrial products.
