Product Range: 1 MVA to 100 MVA up to 220 KV class - Transformer

Title of Position: Executive - Marketing

Key Performance Areas
Generate enquiries from industries, end users, contractors, tenders. Participate in tenders.
Punching enquiry into online system for offer working
Preparation of offers and timely submission to customers against enquiries. Also submitting budgetary offers to Govt./private customers against upcoming requirements/recent projects.
Discussion of enquiries/tenders/ pricing/ payment terms etc on case to case basis.
Technical and Commercial discussions, Negotiations, order finalization with customers.
Order/indent punching into system for execution purpose.
Attending KOM with customer. Getting involved with customers for drawings approval.
Ensure smooth execution of orders by co-ordination between customers and works
Submitting inspection calls, coordinating with customers for organizing timely inspection




Ensure timely response to customers. Arrange for after sales service through service engineers as and when required.
Monitor debtors in SAP on regular basis and ensuring timely collections. Collection of expired BGs/ EMDs/ C FORMS, etc.
Monitoring Upcoming Projects, generating recent enquiries
Submission of MIS on monthly basis.
Discussion on market development, customer activities, competition information and market feedback, technical discussions/ presentation to consultants, customers.
Share market and competition activities with team members.
Arranging factory visits for customers, consultants

Qualification : Graduation - B.E /B.Tech - Electrical

Experience : Experience in Tendering of distribution transformers, dry type transformers, Low power transformers up to 220 kV class.
