Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible OT Technician to support surgical procedures and ensure safe, efficient operation of the Operation Theatre.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain OT, instruments, and equipment before procedures.
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgeries.
Ensure proper sterilization and infection-control practices.
Maintain OT records, surgical instruments, and consumable stock.
Follow hospital safety, hygiene, and NABH protocols.
Check and maintain OT equipment for readiness and functionality.
Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc. in OT Technology or equivalent.
Experience: Relevant hospital/OT experience preferred.
Skills: Positive teamwork, discipline, attention to detail, and knowledge of OT procedures.
