Sales Executive – Consumer Products

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with experience in consumer products/FMCG or related industries. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing distributor/dealer relationships, expanding market coverage, and achieving assigned revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
Identify current business opportunities and expand market presence.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure proper product availability and visibility across retail outlets.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Manage distributor/dealer orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
Implement promotional schemes and sales initiatives in the assigned territory.
Monitor sales performance,



collections, inventory, and outstanding payments.
Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
Ensure strong customer relationships and resolve product/service-related concerns.
Support current product launches and market expansion activities.

Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in Consumer Products / FMCG / Consumer Durables / Electrical / Home Appliances or related industries.
Strong field sales and channel sales experience.
Experience handling distributors, dealers, retailers, or channel partners.
Valuable understanding of territory management and market development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with extensive market visits.
Ability to identify new customers and develop business opportunities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
