Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end factory finance, including product costing, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
Analyze production costs, material consumption, wastage, and operational variances.
Prepare and review monthly plant financial reports, cost sheets, and performance dashboards.
Ensure accurate inventory accounting, stock verification, reconciliation, and controls.
Support annual operating plans, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Partner with Production, QA, SCM, and Procurement teams for financial and operational coordination.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, audits, and company policies.
Drive cost-saving, process improvement, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Monitor CAPEX utilization and support financial evaluation of expansion and automation projects.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.

Education:
Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance; CA / CMA preferred.
7 -12 years of relevant experience in factory finance, costing, or manufacturing finance.
