SS Properties is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in graphic design, social media creatives, digital advertising, video content, and print marketing materials.

Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage. The candidate should have a robust eye for design, typography, branding, composition, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to manage multiple creative requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities
Create high-quality social media posts, reels, videos, and digital creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc
Design Meta Google Ads creatives, including multiple formats and variations for campaigns.
Create brochures, flyers, presentations, hoardings, banners, signage, and other print marketing materials.
Develop creative content for real estate projects, villas, apartments, plotted developments, and property campaigns.




Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Marketing teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creatives on time.
Coordinate with the team on creative concepts, revisions, campaign requirements, and brand guidelines.
Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and visual identity.

Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design
Visual Communication
Fine Arts
Multimedia
Related field

Technical Skills Mandatory
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Premiere Pro
Canva
Figma
Video editing motion graphics added advantage
Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar tools is an advantage.
