Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a robust background in the Real Estate/Construction industry to lead digital marketing initiatives, generate quality leads, strengthen brand visibility, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with real estate business objectives.
Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads and other digital campaigns.
Generate and improve quality leads for residential and commercial projects.
Monitor campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, conversions and ROI.
Manage and optimize the company’s website, landing pages and SEO activities.
Develop content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, Creative and Brand teams to improve lead conversion.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends and competitor digital activities.
Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Manage digital marketing agencies/vendors wherever required.




Plan and execute digital campaigns for recent project launches, promotions and events.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and platform algorithms.

Candidate Requirements
6–10 years of overall experience in Digital Marketing.
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate/Construction preferred.
Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Social Media and Lead Generation.
Experience handling high-budget performance marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of real estate lead funnels and conversion processes.
Proficiency in Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, communication and team-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred
Experience in residential real estate / apartment / villa projects.
Experience with CRM and lead management platforms.
Knowledge of real estate market trends and digital customer acquisition.
Construction/real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
