Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-friendly and motivated Sales Representative to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining the store, and providing a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their preferences.
Explain product features, sizes, colours, and pricing.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Ensure proper display and arrangement of products.
Maintain store cleanliness and grooming standards.
Handle billing and other store-related activities when required.

Requirements
Minimum qualification is Plus Two or other equivalent.
Previous experience in retail or sales will be an advantage.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge

Salary:12000-15000

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
