Job Responsibilities

Complete plant production and manufacturing operations handle karna.

CNC, VMC & CNC Turning machines ki production activities supervise karna.

Flanges/components ki machining, production planning, process control & quality monitor karna.

Production targets, machine utilization, productivity aur delivery schedules achieve karna.

Manpower planning and shop-floor team management.

Cutting tools, tooling, fixtures aur machining processes ka practical knowledge.

CNC/VMC/Turning machine breakdowns ke liye Maintenance team ke saath coordination.

Rejection, rework, downtime aur production losses ko control karna.

PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase & Stores ke saath coordination.

Process improvement,



productivity improvement aur cost reduction initiatives.

ISO, quality standards, safety procedures aur shop-floor discipline maintain karna.

Daily/weekly/monthly production performance management ko report karna.

Candidate Profile

12–20+ years of manufacturing/production experience.

Flanges / machined components / precision engineering industry experience preferred.

Flange manufacturing ka experience na ho to Sheet Metal / Engineering Manufacturing background considered.

CNC + VMC + CNC Turning ka strong practical knowledge mandatory.

Production planning, tooling, process control aur quality ka valuable understanding.

Large manpower/team handling experience.

Current designation: Plant Head / Plant Manager / Manufacturing Manager / Production Head or equivalent.

Priority Profile: Flange manufacturing experience + CNC/VMC/Turning knowledge + complete plant handling experience.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
