Job Description
Validate our understanding of requirements and define functional and technical requirements for the Sprinklr platform
Lead end-to-end implementation of CCaaS solutions for enterprise clients
Define implementation strategy and solution architecture aligned to client goals
Lead client discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and strategic planning for roadmap alignment and value realization.
o Conduct Workshops and gather business requirements
o Identify workflows, and integration needs
Roles Responsibilities
Years delivering contact centre or CCaaS implementations
Experience with platforms such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, Cisco Webex, RingCentral or similar
Robust understanding of voice technologies (VoIP, SIP, RTP, WebRTC)
Experience in solution architecture, integrations, and API design
Proven track record delivering complex enterprise projects
Robust client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting




Architect and implement end-to-end integration solutions
REST APIs, Postman
Middleware/iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services)
API orchestration and data transformation (JSON/XML)
ETL/ELT pipelines for customer interaction data
Authentication mechanisms: OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, API keys, iPaaS platforms, and enterprise API gateways.
