Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the clinic team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor appointments, client experience, and overall clinic performance.
Support business growth by achieving monthly operational and revenue objectives.
Ensure smooth coordination between front office, consultants, therapists, and doctors.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high client satisfaction.
Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance.
Maintain clinic hygiene, service quality, and operational standards.
Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
Recruit, train, and support recent team members when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
