Designation: Architect / Interior Designer
Location: BTM, 4th Stage, Bangalore
Experience: 1 year minimum
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role:
We're looking for someone to manage residential design projects end-to-end — from concept to site execution — for villas and turnkey homes.

What You'll Do:
Create architectural layouts, 3D designs, and interior concepts for residential projects
Prepare working drawings, joinery details, and material schedules
Interact directly with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions
Visit sites regularly to ensure execution matches approved designs
Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, and vendors to resolve on-ground issues
Help with BOQs, material estimation, and finish/fitting selection

What We're Looking For:




Hands-on experience with residential design, villas, or interiors
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, and Photoshop
Valuable communication in English; working knowledge of Kannada preferred for site coordination
Based locally in Bangalore, with the ability to join immediately

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
