Salary: ​DRA Certified: Up to ₹24,000 per month (Based on last CTC) ​Non-DRA: Up to ₹18,000 per month ​Incentives:

Job Description: ​We are urgently looking for experienced and result-driven Collection Executives for our prestigious Banking Process. Candidates must have prior experience in loan/credit collections and solid negotiation skills. ​

Key Responsibilities: ​Reach out to customers regarding outstanding dues and negotiate feasible repayment terms. ​Follow ethical collection guidelines and banking protocols for recovery. ​Update records, call statuses, and payment details accurately in the system.



​Consistently meet or exceed recovery targets to earn high monthly incentives.

​Eligibility & Requirements: ​Experience: Minimum 6 months of mandatory experience in Debt Collection / Recovery (Banking/NBFC/Fintech). ​

Certifications: DRA Certification preferred (Special salary bracket applicable). ​Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (Any stream). ​

Language Requirements: ​English (Mandatory) ​Plus any one Regional Language: Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu (Fluent speaking skills). ​

Shift & Working Days: ​Shift Timing: Day Shift (Rotational Day Shifts). ​Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-Offs. ​Work Mode: Work from Office

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
