As a Senior Analyst - Perks Support Management, you’ll play a key role in supporting our US branch teams with policy renewals and documentation. This is your chance to grow your career in a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive workplace.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our US branch teams, ensuring smooth and timely policy renewals. You’ll manage documentation like Census, SBC, SPD, and Carrier Proposals while collaborating with Client Managers to deliver high-quality support for around 35 accounts.

Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and minimise rework.
Build strong relationships with onshore colleagues to enhance the customer experience.
Identify risks and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Experience in the insurance domain, with knowledge of US Health Insurance regulations.
Familiarity with carriers like Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and MetLife.
Solid organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
Advanced computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering excellent service.
