Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for policy servicing and customer support. You’ll work closely with our branches, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Here’s what you’ll do:
Manage the full policy lifecycle, from servicing to resolving queries.
Build solid relationships with branch staff, retailers, and carriers.




Prioritise tasks and ensure timely responses to customer needs.
Collaborate with teams to meet regulatory requirements and reduce penalties.
Act as a trusted partner to producers, supporting their success.

Your work will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications
