Key Responsibilities:
Programming: Develop and debug PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) screens.
System Design: Create electrical schematics, panel layouts, and safety circuit designs using CAD software.
Commissioning: Oversee the installation, testing, and startup of current automated machinery.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, software, and mechanical integration issues on the factory floor.
Upgrades: Identify prospects to upgrade legacy systems to contemporary automation standards.

Required Qualifications:-
Education: Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Experience:



2–5+ years of experience working as a controls or automation engineer in an industrial environment.
PLC Knowledge: Proficient with major PLC platforms (Siemens, Omron,).
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Ether Net/IP, PROFINET, Modbus) and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
Problem Solving: Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.

Preferred Skills:-
Experience with SCADA systems
Familiarity with industrial robotics FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
Knowledge of machine safety standards (ISO 13849 / IEC 62061)
