This is an exciting opportunity to join teams delivering major infrastructure and water projects in India, the UK, Middle East and Africa. The modeller needs to have experience with geometric design standards, which is also standard industry practice in highways projects. Your expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS will be critical to the success of our design and construction teams.

Is this role right for you

We are looking for individuals who:
10+ years of experience in road and street design, preferably on Indian projects, with UK project exposure as an advantage.
Strong knowledge of road geometric design standards such as IRC and DMRB.
Experience in detailed design, drainage design, reports, calculations, and BOQ preparation.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D,



and GIS; OpenRoads Designer experience is an added advantage.
Experienced in developing design layouts, grading plans, and as-built documentation
Ability to work closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate designs
Familiar with traffic signs, road markings, vehicle restraint systems, and road safety audits (desirable).
Ensures compliance with CAD standards, quality requirements, and data management procedures.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Comfortable working in energetic, team-oriented project environments while maintaining confidentiality.
