Job Summary:

Data Security specialist with experience in data security technologies such as Data Classification, DLP, DRM and Data Privacy Platform along with exposure to security frameworks. A continuous learner who is self-driven, team player and zeal to bring security transformation by reducing the exposure surface and passionate to solve security challenges across data life cycle.

Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing/reviewing and implementing technology changes such as DLP (Forcepoint), DRM (Seclore), Data Privacy (Securiti.AI) and classification tools (Klassify).
Ensures the security and protection of personal information in the custody or control of the business
Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of data security and classification policies, procedures, and controls
Monitor, measure and ensure governance of controls for compliance such as IRDAI, AADHAAR Act and ISO 27001
Conduct audit preparedness and ensure successful completion of periodic reviews and audits pertaining to regulatory, statutory and contractual obligations




Responsible for managing/reviewing and implementing technology changes such as DLP, DRM, Data Privacy and classification tools
Conduct thematic reviews basis IS and Data Privacy Policy
Provide guidance and training to employees on data security, data privacy and classification matters, promoting a culture of security awareness and compliance
Help in troubleshooting the data classification related issues of end-users.
Leading incident response, including data breach preparedness

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Information Management and Security (B. Tech / M.Tech / MS)
6+ years of experience in technologies such as DLP, Data Classification, DRM and Data Privacy.
Should have experience in Data Risk & Compliance and Data leakage prevention, Digital Rights Management
Demonstrated skills in collaboration, team work and problem solving to achieve goals
Relevant certifications CISSP, Certified Forcepoint DLP Administrator, CISM, CISA is an added advantage
Robust Communication and presentation skills
