Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.Hard Skills: In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR software/HRIS, and data analytics.Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, active listening, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication abilities.
