We are looking for a Junior Architect – Liaisoning to assist with architectural drawings and statutory approvals. The candidate will work closely with senior architects, consultants, and clients to ensure projects comply with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and submitting drawings for various statutory approvals.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, surveyors, and other project consultants.
Prepare drawings for compliance with applicable development control regulations.
Visit project sites as required for follow-ups and inspections.
Support preparation of presentations, reports, area statements, and other project documentation.
Stay updated on changes in development regulations, building codes, and approval procedures.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
0–3 years of relevant experience in architectural practice, liaisoning, or statutory approvals.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.
Basic understanding of building regulations, development control regulations, and approval procedures.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to interact professionally with government officials and consultants.
Positive understanding of architectural drawings and technical documents, including construction details.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
