We are seeking a energetic and customer-focused Tele Sales Caller to support lead generation and customer engagement for a growing real estate company. The role involves connecting with prospective customers, explaining project offerings, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, solid follow-up abilities, and a target-oriented mindset.

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company databases and marketing leads.
Explain project features, pricing, amenities, and investment opportunities.
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects to nurture and convert leads.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Handle inbound enquiries from various marketing channels.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to support customer conversions.




Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Job Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate sales.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Solid follow-up, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.

KPI:
Number of calls made per day.
Qualified leads generated.
Site visits scheduled.
Customer follow-up efficiency.
Lead-to-site visit conversion ratio.
Contribution to overall sales targets.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Location: Dhargal, Pernem, Goa
