We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive with experience in the car rental industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily fleet operations, coordinating with drivers and clients, ensuring smooth vehicle allocation, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day car rental operations and fleet movement.
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and customers for timely service delivery.
Monitor vehicle availability, allocation, and utilization.
Handle booking confirmations, trip scheduling, and dispatch activities.
Ensure vehicles are maintained, serviced, and compliant with company standards.
Resolve customer queries and operational issues promptly.
Maintain operational records, MIS reports, and documentation.
Track vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and driver attendance.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and breakdown support.




Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the Car Rental / Fleet Management industry.
Good knowledge of fleet operations and vehicle management.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Graduate preferred.
