Role & responsibilities
Develop and expand the Business Correspondent network to increase LAP market penetration.
Strengthen relationships with local influencers, property consultants, and SME clusters.
Ensure portfolio quality through prudent sourcing and basic credit assessment at sourcing stage.
Preferred candidate profile
Execute daily sourcing activities including lead generation, field visits, and partner engagement.
Drive productivity of BC partners through regular follow-ups, training, and engagement.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads into disbursements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure TAT adherence and customer satisfaction.
