Own creative quality across everything Arthamandapam produces set the creative direction for client campaigns and in-house events, lead the design, video and content teams, and hold accountability for the standard of every deliverable.
Key Responsibilities
Set and defend the creative direction for every client campaign and internal event.
Lead, manage and grow the creative team graphic designers, video editors, content writers and social media creators.
Convert client briefs and business objectives into campaign concepts and explicit creative briefs for the team.
Review all creative output before it reaches the client; hold the quality line.
Present concepts and campaign thinking to clients and win their confidence.
Build and maintain creative processes, review cycles, templates and delivery timelines.
Recruit, assess and develop creative talent; run internal training and critique sessions.
Own the creative pipeline across concurrent accounts, balancing quality against deadlines.
Required Technical Skills & Mandatory Experience
810 years in advertising or digital marketing agencies, with at least 3 years as Creative Head, Creative Director, Art Director or Associate Creative Director.
Proven experience leading a multi-disciplinary creative team of at least 45 people.
A portfolio of campaigns personally directed, across several brands and categories.
Solid conceptual thinking — able to build a campaign idea from a business problem, not just execute layouts.
Fluent Tamil, with genuine cultural sensibility for Tamil audiences and communication.
Confident client-facing presentation ability.
Preferred / Valuable to Have
Experience across both digital and traditional/print media.
Writing or copy background alongside visual direction.
Experience with event branding and on-ground campaigns.
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows.
