As a Telecaller for International Markets, you will be the voice of Intensiv Filter Himenviro to prospects and clients worldwide. Your role focuses on relationship-building and communication, rather than cold-calling. you'll engage with international clients, understand their needs, and help set the stage for sales or business development teams to close deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out and follow up with international clients (Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, etc) via phone and email.
- Understand client requirements and direct them to the right internal teams for solutions.
- Introduce our filtration technologies, explain their perks, and schedule meetings or demos with the sales team.
- Respond to inbound queries professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Maintain exact records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Projects, Logistics, Engineering) to ensure smooth client journeys.
- Serve as a professional, technically aware representative of our brand in all interactions.





Skills Qualifications
- Experience using CRM tools, managing leads, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Willingness to learn about industrial products and filtration technology.
- High responsiveness, ownership, and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience in hospitality, BPO, or high-end service environments is preferred (where soft skills and communication are key).
- Comfort in handling international conversations, with the ability to understand crosscultural cues.
- Valuable written communication skills-emails, proposals, follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn technical aspects of industrial filtration.
