Purpose of the Job

Knowledge on handling of Air compressor, Boiler,LPG yard, Argon,Co2 ,O2 & N2 yard,Water Treatment Plant(DRO,IRO,DI &Softwater;) & Effluent Treatment Plant,Dog Levellers.

Responsibilities

Operation and Maintenance of
1) Air Compressor & Related accessories.(Operation & maintenance).
2)Boiler & Related accessories.(Operation & maintenance).
3)Ensure N2 ,O2 & LPG daily monitoring , Tracking consumption & Ordering.
4)All repestive areas reponsible for Preventive , Predective Maintenance,
5) Responsibile for daily CLTI ( Autonomous Mainteance )
6) Maintaining daily Log book hourly basis.
7)Spare management & Daily Dept updates and tracking .
8) Invoice submission & Payment Follow-up.
9) cost tracking, Suggestion Entry , PPEs & Legal related documents.
10)Chemicals & Other consumables tracking.
11) Water treatment plant ( Filter Water , Softwater , Ro Plant). Operation & Mainteance including lab analysis.
12)ETP ( Operation & Mainteance including lab analysis ).
13)Maintain Inlet & outlet water paramaters as per PCB specs.
14)Responsible for ZLD.

Kaizen (Every Month 2 Kaizen & Quarterly 1 Cost saving Workshop )
Maintaining and tracking
Utility Budget.
PR/PO tracker including material receipt & Payment Status .
Legal Approvals.
Daily Work management ( DMS )
Daily Consumption tracking and Utility cost for each line item / Consumption per product. (Water, Gas & chemicals)
Adherence of
PM Check List.
CLTI check Sheet & Condition Monitoring ( Vibration Analysis & Temperature Monitoring )
Predictive maintenance check sheet.
