Overview of Skills Required
CATIA V5 – Should have thorough knowledge in Solid, Surface, Sheet Metal & Assembly Modelling, in-depth knowledge in CATIA V5 & coordinate systems, Drafting.
Reviewing and Following QMS Processes.
Capability to resolve the engineering and production issues.
Interpreting engineering drawing, data analysis, and component manufacturing engineering or production technology details – like Metal Cutting / Sheet Metal Fabrication processes, and coordination.
Good in both oral and written communication.
Should be capable enough to develop QMS documents for the engineering activities.

The candidate should be very valuable to:
Understand the engineering drawings, fundamental engineering concepts of mechanical, aero, machining, sheet metal operations, etc.
Positive knowledge in GD&T.;
CAD modeling techniques and methodologies at advanced level.
Have knowledge and skill in CAD/CAM tools CATIA V5, very positive knowledge on different modules.
Good knowledge Tool design for Sheet metal Parts.
Good knowledge Jigs & Fixtures for (NC) Machine parts.
Good knowledge in Sheet metal Blank / Flat pattern development.
