Role & responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and support Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments.
Manage and troubleshoot Citrix VDI infrastructure and user-related issues.
Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and patching of Citrix settings.
Troubleshoot application publishing, user sessions, profiles, connectivity, and performance issues.
Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance.
Automate repetitive administrative and operational activities using PowerShell, Shell, or Bash scripting.
Perform incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management for Citrix-related issues.
Work with infrastructure and application teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
