Role Overview

Cyber Liability underwriter with a blend of technical knowledge and underwriting experience to support the cyber insurance portfolio. The candidate should have a positive understanding of the cyber risks, insurance coverage and pricing.

Skill:

• Valuable understanding of cyber security framework.

• Familiar with cyber risks viz ransomware, data breaches , social engineering fraud etc.

• Valuable analytical, negotiation and communication skill

Education:

• Degree, Diploma or Certification in Cyber security

• Bachelors degree or post graduate diploma , preferably , in Insurance & Risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients cyber security posture.

• Underwrite cyber liability risks in line with company's underwriting guideline

• Structure policy and pricing based on analysis of risk and market trends

• Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, regulatory changes, new cyber coverage offered by the competitors .

• Work closely with the internal team, brokers and clients

Prior experience in assessing & underwriting cyber risk will be preferred.
